What we optimize for
- Recyclability — fewer mixed parts and clearer sorting.
- Weight — lighter components to cut shipping footprint.
- Usability — no-fuss caps, clean dispense, travel friendliness.
Why we don’t use airless
Our current formulas don’t require airless systems to stay comfortable and stable in real life. Skipping airless reduces parts and makes end-of-life sorting simpler for most customers.
Current format: tube + cap
We prefer straightforward components you already know how to use and recycle. Fewer pieces = fewer questions on what goes where.
Design choices that matter
- Simpler assemblies where possible to avoid complex, mixed-material pumps.
- Right-sized walls to balance protection, feel-in-hand, and overall weight.
- Clear labeling on pack and on site so you can sort with confidence.
How to recycle our tubes
- Rinse — a quick rinse helps prevent contamination in many programs.
- Separate cap & tube if your local program asks for it (rules vary).
- Check local guidance — recycling rules differ by city; follow your municipality first.
What we’re testing next
- Lighter components without compromising feel or leak resistance.
- More mono-material options to make sorting easier.
- Clearer disassembly cues (icons, copy) so recycling is intuitive.
Tell us how you recycle
If your city has specific rules that make our packaging harder to sort, let us know. Real feedback shapes our next rounds.
