Shipping & Delivery

WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship within the UAE via Quiqup and worldwide via Aramex. Some destinations may be temporarily unavailable due to carrier restrictions, availability is shown at checkout.

PROCESSING & DISPATCH

  • Orders placed Sun-Thu are usually processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Orders placed after the daily cut-off or on Fri/Sat & public holidays ship the next business day.
  • During launches, promos, or holidays, processing may take a bit longer.

SHIPPING FEES

  • UAE: Free on orders ≥ AED 150. Orders < AED 150 are charged Quiqup carrier-calculated rates shown at checkout.
  • International: Aramex carrier-calculated rates shown at checkout. Minimum order value AED 200 applies to international shipments (orders below AED 200 aren’t eligible for international shipping at checkout).
  • Any original shipping charges are non-refundable (see Returns Policy).

DUTIES, TAXES & IMPORT FEES (international)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT/GST, and import fees charged by the destination country. These are not collected by SADE BEAUTY LLC FZ and are payable by the recipient to the carrier or customs on delivery. If you refuse to pay these charges, the parcel may be returned or destroyed by customs; in such cases, shipping fees, duties, and any related costs are non-refundable.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Transit times are estimated by Aramex at checkout and vary by destination and service. Typical ranges:

  • UAE: 1-3 business days
  • GCC / MENA: ~3-7 business days
  • Rest of world: ~5-12+ business days
    Delays can occur due to customs, weather, or peak periods. We can’t guarantee delivery dates.

TRACKING

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your Aramex tracking link. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.

ADDRESS ACCURACY & DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct at checkout. Carriers may contact you to schedule delivery. If delivery is attempted and no one is available, Aramex may retry or hold the parcel at a pickup point. Undeliverable/returned-to-sender parcels due to incorrect address, non-response, or refusal may be refunded minus original shipping and return costs (and any duties/taxes billed back to us).

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

We start processing quickly, so we can’t guarantee edits once an order is placed. If you need help, email hello@sadeskin.co with your order number—if your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll try our best.

DAMAGES, MISSING OR WRONG ITEMS

Please inspect your parcel on arrival. If something is damaged, leaking, missing, or incorrect, email hello@sadeskin.co within 48 hours with:

  • Photos of the outer box, product/inner packaging, and packing slip
  • Your order number and a brief description

We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund per our Returns Policy.

PO BOXES & RESTRICTED ITEMS

Some destinations restrict delivery to PO boxes or of certain cosmetic ingredients. If Aramex cannot deliver to your address/type, we’ll contact you for an alternative.

FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for delays outside our control (carrier disruptions, customs holds, extreme weather, force majeure events).
