Refund policy

Return window: 15 days from the delivery date.
Because skincare is a hygiene product, opened or used items can’t be returned or exchanged unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.

ELIGIBILITY

Item must be unused, unopened, and sealed, in original packaging (tamper seal/inner wrap intact).

Include all inserts, gifts with purchase, and sets/bundles in full.

Provide your order number and proof of purchase.

We can’t accept items that are opened, tested, swatched, or partially used—even once.

START A RETURN

Email hello@sadeskin.co within 15 days of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason (e.g., unwanted/duplicate/wrong item)
  • Photos if damaged/incorrect
  • Return address:

If approved, we’ll send return instructions and (where applicable) a label. Items sent back without approval will be refused.

DAMAGED, DETECTIVE OR WRONG ITEM 

Please inspect on delivery. If damaged/leaking/incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at hello@sadeskin.co with photos of:

  • outer box (any damage visible)
  • product + inner packaging
  • packing slip

We’ll replace or refund as appropriate.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Opened or used products
  • Items with broken safety seals or missing original packaging
  • Final-sale or promotional items, gift cards
  • Partial returns of bundles/sets (must be returned complete and sealed)
  • Any item returned more than 15 days after delivery

EXCHANGES

We don’t process direct exchanges. Place a new order; approved returns are refunded once received and inspected.

SHIPPING FEES & REFUNDS

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is your responsibility (or will be deducted from the refund if we issue a label).
  • If we shipped a damaged/incorrect product, we’ll cover reasonable return shipping or send a replacement at no extra cost.

ALLERGIES & SENSITIVITIES

 with details and photos. For hygiene, opened items aren’t eligible for return, but we’ll try to help.

SHIPPING

UAE: Free shipping on orders ≥ AED 150. Orders below AED 150 are charged at carrier-calculated rates shown at checkout.

International: We ship worldwide at Aramex carrier-calculated rates shown at checkout. A minimum order value of AED 200 applies to international shipments (orders below AED 200 aren’t eligible for international shipping).

Duties/Taxes: For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are payable by the recipient to the carrier on delivery.

Shipping fees and duty/tax charges are not refundable.

REFUND TIMING

After your return is received and passes inspection, we’ll refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank/card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
