Locker room reality: why sweat changes the plan
Sweat, heat, and towels raise friction and shift pH. If you leave sweat + SPF + makeup on, you risk clogged-feel and irritation. The fix is a quick reset: cleanse, light comfort, and makeup-safe SPF—without starting from zero.
What you'll need in the pouch

6-minute gym-to-desk flow
- Hands first (15 sec): Wash or sanitize to keep the routine hygienic.
- Cleanse (2 min): On damp skin, massage a pea of RiceWhip for 20–30 seconds. Rinse lukewarm and pat—don’t rub—dry.
